โ Ask Front Desk for today's arrivals and departures
โ Count non-compliance vehicles (no ticket) in lot

Write Tickets for Cars
Go out to the lot and write tickets for Self-Park and Valet cars.
โ ๏ธ Valet spots must have cones โ no self-parking in valet spots. Valet only!

Fill Information Gaps
Before end of shift, fill in any missing information in the logbook to ensure complete records.

Check In Cars
Same process as afternoon shift โ check in arriving cars and update the logbook.

Convert Self-Park โ Valet
If a Self-Park guest needs to be converted to Valet:
1๏ธโฃ Write them a Valet ticket
2๏ธโฃ Fill out the valet ticket information as usual
3๏ธโฃ In the app, use the Convert to Valet option on their vehicle

Move Podium at End of Shift
At end of night shift, move the podium beside the front desk.

Closing Checklist
โ Count all cars in logbook for the current day
โ Verify all cars are locked and lights are off
โ If any valet car needs to leave before 6AM โ bring to front and leave keys with Front Desk
โ Count non-compliance vehicles (no ticket) in lot
